Yeah, sure! You can configure all your prices through the pricelist settings on the settings page.
Yes of course. You can invite them through the portal. To do that you need to go to companies page in the portal and in settings you will see blocks related to dealers and agents for that company. There you need to click invite button and put email of representative for dealer or agent company.
You can have as many languages for the product as you want. You can add new languages through language settings on the portal and later add translations for the product for those languages. But for the UI you can have only English, Finnish, Russian and Swedish languages.
The maintenance of your settings for the product is effortless to use. You can do the changes on product configurator as long as you want and until you publish your changes, they won’t affect on the configuration for the salespeople. Additionally, we have a version control system. For example if your customer yesterday received a quote from you and today you changed prices for all parts in your product, the rate for that quote will remain until the customer decides to do changes in selections.
As output for of the configuration, we have printouts with all related information. When the quote has been created seller can download documents in pdf format and sent them to concerned departments, for instance, a production department.
You can store pictures in the system and later use them for the printouts. To do that you need to upload them into Collection => Media page.
Yes, we have relevant documentation which you can find on the top right corner of every UI under book icon. Moreover, we have our user manual mode in development, so soon you will have it in addition to documentation.
